Dunstan House Cancellation Policy
Once you make a reservation with us, rooms are held for your
exclusive occupation in our reservation system.
We do not have a policy of overbooking and guarantee your reservation.
Due to the nature of our business, cancellations affect us significantly.
This is why we apply the following cancellation policy:

- A minimum of 10 days notice from check in time is required
for the cancellation / amendment of a reservation
over peak periods (eg: Holiday Weekends etc.)
- A minimum of 72 hours notice from check in time is required
for the cancellation / amendment of a reservation over non-peak periods.
- A cancellation / amendment to a reservation (or an existing stay)
advised outside the above time frames or a No Show will result
in a Cancellation Fee charged equivalent to one nights tariff.
